Get To Know Stephanie
Stephanie grew up in Kokomo, Indiana, dreaming of New York City. She got there, and by 29 she was a director at a tech startup. She had achieved every goal she’d set, but she always knew there was more.
After caring for her mom through terminal cancer, her old life no longer fit. Yoga helped her listen to herself for the first time. Today, she combines 15 years in social media technology with that presence to help people use AI without hiding behind it.
Over 15+ years at companies like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, and Razorfish, she helped teams navigate mergers, major technology rollouts, and the kind of organizational change that tends to break people. She started noticing the same thing every time: the plan wasn't the problem. The people were. Not because they weren't capable, but because nobody had given them the tools.
So she built the tools. And now she teaches them.
She's spoken to and trained teams at Microsoft, Citi, Salesforce and Sprout Social. She runs DiSC and leadership training through Sprout Social's Women@ ERG. She founded the SE Creative Collective to build cultures of shared learning across teams. And now she's bringing all of it to stages and workshops across the country.
She lives in Miami. When she's not on stage, you'll find her on a yoga mat - teaching or taking a class.
