Get To Know Stephanie
She didn't start out as a speaker. She started out as a finance grad from Indiana who got thrown into one of the fastest-moving industries in the world and had to figure out — fast — how to keep up and bring others with her.
Over 10+ years at companies like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, and Razorfish, she helped teams navigate mergers, major technology rollouts, and the kind of organizational change that tends to break people. She started noticing the same thing every time: the plan wasn't the problem. The people were. Not because they weren't capable — but because nobody had given them the tools.
So she built the tools. And now she teaches them.
She's spoken to and trained teams at Microsoft, Citi, Salesforce and Sprout Social. She runs DiSC and leadership training through Sprout Social's Women@ ERG. She founded the SE Creative Collective to build cultures of shared learning across teams. And now she's bringing all of it to stages and workshops across the country.
She lives in Miami. When she's not on stage, you'll find her on a yoga mat - teaching or taking a class. She believes the way you lead yourself is the way you lead everything.
